You're not the only one who want his money back. The owner is absconding. Debt Recovery Office opened an investigation http://www.sib.lt/index.php?option=com_ ... &Itemid=66
We had similar problem with other company last year, we had to pay in advance (cash), but then we got our money.

That website has an english and russian versions, it's "SIB Ltd. Debt Recovery Bureau" http://www.sib.lt (click either 'EN' or 'RU' at the top-right corner).
I see only one e-mail info@sib.lt ,
fax +37052738460
The link i provided previously is an information that "SIB started an investigation concerning 'BiglTrans'. Those who suffered from 'BiglTrans' (or other company), please contact us, you may find a solution cooperating with us ...".
So my advice is to send them an e-mail from their website (click "Contacts" and fill the form). Others probably will refuse to help you, because the investigation is already opened by SIB. So you should contact them first.
In our case we used other company, the charge was ~10000 Lits (in advance) + 20000 Lits the lawyer's success fee (after all), and the amount was ~50000 Eur. So it wouldn't be usefull for you because the charge is non-negotiable and expensive.
